Today my Wednesday is for Foodies post is a bit different. Although most posts here have a recipe and focus on vegetables, I just had to share these cupcakes that were made by Dottie Lovely, The Cake Lady. Dottie came to a gardening workshop at Poison Ivy Acres last weekend and brought these spring celebration cupcakes for the group. They were as delicious as they were beautiful, although some saved the sugar flowers because they were just too pretty to eat. Most of the time we savor the taste of wholesome foods, but occasionally we can enjoy a sugary confection…especially those that are celebrating the return of spring. Thanks, Dottie!
